Skipdisk is a browser extension that captures downloads so you can reuse them for uploads without saving them to disk first.

Data Skipdisk Handles

Skipdisk handles downloaded file contents, file names, file sizes, download URLs, and temporary extension state needed to offer those files back to upload controls.

How Data Is Used

This data is used only to provide Skipdisk's file handoff feature: capturing a download, keeping it available inside the browser, and letting you upload or export it when you choose.

Storage and Sharing

Captured files and extension state are stored locally by the extension in your browser. Skipdisk does not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties. Skipdisk does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Browsing Activity

Skipdisk runs on websites so it can detect file upload controls and offer captured files when you interact with those controls. Browsing activity is not collected, sold, or used for advertising.

Your Control

You can remove captured files from the extension popup, export them as a ZIP, or uninstall the extension to remove its local browser storage.

Limited Use

Skipdisk's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
